Booking a service separately is useful when multiple products are ordered and a service should apply to the entire order, such as shared gift wrapping or a single greeting card.
When gift wrapping is booked separately, all products in the order are wrapped together. If products should be wrapped individually, the service should be added directly on each product page.
When booked on the product page, the greeting card applies to that product. When booked separately, one greeting card is added to the entire order.
The name personalization service is intended for product-specific customization and should always be added directly on the product page of a compatible item. Separate booking is generally not meaningful.
