Rules for name personalization
Careful down to the details
To keep design, symmetry and safety intact, a few simple rules apply:
- Stroller chains: maximum 12 characters.
- Pacifier clips: maximum 7 characters.
- No umlauts or special characters (ä=ae, ö=oe, ü=ue, ß=ss).
- Spaces are translated into neutral wooden elements.
- Depending on the name length, we replace individual beads/elements so that the design and proportions stay balanced.

Where is the name placed?
For stroller chains, the name is integrated in the center. For pacifier chains, the name is added by replacing existing elements.
Which characters are allowed (umlauts, spaces)?
All letters from A–Z are possible. Umlauts and special characters cannot be used (ä → ae, ö → oe, ü → ue, ß → ss). Spaces are implemented as a neutral wooden element.
How many characters are allowed?
Stroller chains: maximum 12 characters.
Pacifier chains: maximum 7 characters.
Can a personalized product also be gift‑wrapped?
Yes. The selection fields do not exclude each other – all displayed options can be selected at the same time.
Can delivery be made to a different address?
Yes, the delivery address can be specified accordingly during checkout.
