Description
Wind-up music box with rotating mechanism for mobiles
The rotating music box plays “Brahms’ Lullaby” and is designed for use with baby mobiles. During playback, an integrated rotating mechanism gently turns the attached mobile, creating calm and evenly paced visual and auditory stimulation.
The central housing is round and flattened in shape. The diameter of the main housing is approximately 7 cm, with a height of about 3.2 cm. The total height of around 11 cm results from additional attachment elements above and below the housing.
Suspension, rotating hook and operation
At the top, the music box features an integrated plastic loop measuring approximately 0.7–0.8 cm in height. This loop is used to hang the music box from mobile holders, hooks or suspension cords.
At the bottom, a generously sized, rounded rotating hook is attached. The hook is connected to the housing via a separate flange and rotates smoothly during music playback. The flange has a diameter of approximately 2.6 cm and ensures stable, even rotation.
On the rear side, the music box features an easy-to-grip wind-up knob with a wing-like shape. The knob protrudes slightly from the housing, allowing comfortable manual winding. During playback, the knob slowly rotates back to its resting position.
A small slide switch is integrated on the side of the housing. This switch allows the music mechanism to be stopped manually before the melody has fully finished.
The music box is made from polypropylene (PP), finished in white, and is compatible with all SindiBaba® mobile holders.
